  3. Battery products are classified as restricted items and will be shipped in compliance with international shipping regulations.

6. Refunds & Returns

  2. Opened or used tattoo machines, batteries, needles, or consumables are non-returnable unless defective.

  3. For international orders, Ozone Tattoo Equipment will arrange courier pick-up (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) for returns. Customers only need to prepare the product in its original packaging.
